This service comprises two (2) separate checks, a Name Index and a SSN Index. The Name Index can reflect work-connected injuries that were reported between 1/1/68 and 3/31/98. This is the most comprehensive workers’ compensation claims records search available in Florida. The SSN Index covers the period between 1/1/74 and 3/31/98. This source does a good job in finding claims filed under partial names, nicknames, misspelled names and other (maiden or married) names.
