This service can
identify Short Form
Accident Reports
that are not on record anywhere else. This is the most comprehensive traffic
accident report index available in Florida because it identifies
numerous Short Form accident reports which are not available from any
other source. This is a name index only and is limited to
identifying accidents by: name of the subject, nature of involvement,
(vehicle owner, driver, pedestrian, etc.), county of occurrence, dates
of accident and report number. No additional information such as the
subject’s date of birth, driver license number, or other party
identification is available unless a copy of the original report is
ordered. This can take 3-4 weeks if ordered by mail. If original copies
of Florida traffic reports are desired, the cost of the first report is
$19. Additional reports are available at a charge of $10 each.
