(Florida and national availability)
This search can be used to reveal
or verify a social security number when necessary. It is also recommended
for verification of a subject’s name and date of birth. Additional
information can include the subject’s sex, height, original license
issue date, most recent issue date, former names and state of issuance and previous license number. Call for availability.
Tip:
According to Florida law, the Division of Driver Licenses must be
notified within 10 days of a change of address. Because of the
potential of revealing a new address, this search is recommended when
it becomes necessary to locate an individual.
Tip: A
Florida driver license number is composed of an initial letter (the
first letter of the licensees last name) and 12 or 13 numbers. In all
cases the seventh and eight numbers indicate the year of birth. The
ninth, tenth and eleventh numbers are the subject’s date of birth
encoded. For more information on how to decode the month and date of
birth from a Florida driver license number, consult The
Ultimate Guide To Florida Law Enforcement Agencies
Tip: When you are not sure of
a subject’s gender, the ninth, tenth and eleventh number in a
Florida driver license number indicates the license holders sex. If
the grouping of three numbers in under 500, the licensee is male. If
over 500, the licensee is female.
