Factel
is a service company, not a database. Which means the
information we report and the way we report it can be
influenced by your requirements.
In the past we’ve
gotten valuable feedback from opinion surveys. Questions
included which of our services were most valuable and
what clients liked best about our overall performance.
And
the results?
Some answers were
surprising. For example, we wanted to upgrade our most
popular services so we asked which of them clients liked
best. We were surprised that the majority of responses
were not about any one service. What clients liked best
was the speed of our reporting. They told us they
appreciated getting information fast, so instead of
finding ways to improve specific services we focused on
finding ways to speed up the reporting process on all of
them, and we did!
We’ve also received
feedback on ways our services have been helpful.
Here’s a direct quote.
“When we get
significant bodily injury demands, we find it economical
to throw out a hospital search net. We often get the
information necessary to properly negotiate the case.”
That came from a claims manager.
He not only told us how he used Hospital Record
Searches, he told us they were
economical and effective!
So we made them even more
economical and more effective by including free checks of Florida
Workers Compensation Claims and Traffic Accident Records with most hospital searches.
The same thing happened with The
Ultimate Guide To Florida Law Enforcement Agencies. Due to constant area code
changes combined with printing costs we hadn’t updated
the Ultimate
Guide for several years. Then
we had the idea of putting it on our web page as a free
service. Because of the time that had elapsed we assumed
the City/County
Cross Reference section was
dated, so we found a current official State of Florida
link and used that.
It wasn’t long before a client
called to say she couldn’t find cities and towns on
the new listing that were there on our old one. We
checked and found she was right. By integrating our old
list with the new one we added over 500 cities and
towns!
It took a lot of time and effort
to create the new Ultimate Guide and we thought it was vastly superior to previous versions,
but as our keen-eyed client accurately pointed out it
still needed improving, so we improved it. As with
everything we do, we want even our free services to be
the best they can be.
That’s only a fraction of the
numerous ways clients like you have helped by telling us
what you like or what you want. We even encourage you to
let us know if you think there’s something we could do
better, because that’s important too, maybe more so.
